About Garmin Connect™
Garmin Connect is the official companion app for Garmin sports watches, fitness trackers, and training devices. It syncs automatically with your Garmin hardware to centralize all your fitness data, health metrics, and activity history in one place—giving you a comprehensive view of your physical performance and long-term progress.
Every workout you complete uploads instantly to the app. Running, cycling, swimming, strength training, walking, yoga, and dozens of other activities are recorded and analyzed with sport-specific metrics. You can customize which activities appear on your watch and device, ensuring quick access to the sports you actually do. The app displays all your data in visual, easy-to-read cards and charts, and you can reorganize metrics to match your personal priorities.
Beyond workouts, the app monitors your daily health continuously. Track resting heart rate, stress levels, sleep quality, blood oxygen saturation, breathing, and body energy level. Sleep tracking is particularly detailed, breaking down your rest into light, deep, and REM stages with visual summaries and insights to help you understand and improve your recovery.
The app stores a complete history of every activity and health metric you record, letting you analyze your progress over weeks, months, or years. Comparative charts and periodic summaries make it easy to spot improvement, plateaus, and areas for adjustment. This historical data becomes the foundation for smarter training decisions.
If you follow structured training plans, Garmin Connect syncs them directly to your device. Guided and adaptive plans help you prepare for races, build endurance, or hit specific fitness goals. Each scheduled session appears in the app, and results are automatically recorded when you complete them—turning the app into a coaching tool for beginners and serious athletes alike.
Social features let you share activities, achievements, and stats with friends and followers. Celebrating progress together and receiving support from your community adds motivation and helps maintain consistency in your routine.
Download Garmin Connect to unlock detailed insights into your fitness, health, and performance across all your compatible Garmin devices.
